The man’s hands felt up Tiny’s sides above where his cotton panties showed below the bunched dress. The man leaned out far enough that Tiny could see that the guy searched him with one hand while holding the AR-15 down by his side in the other. His hand gripped the stock and was nowhere near the trigger. He had the black skull cap down to his bushy eyebrows which matched his mustache.

Fucking Larry Hassle?

“Is there anyone else in here with you, Dear?”

Tiny brought his eyes to the very corners of his sockets. Knife on Larry’s hip, but no extra gun holstered he could see. Maybe another weapon in a boot? Larry hadn’t strapped extra holsters before.

Okay, Bumpkin …

“No.” Tiny answered in a low register.

Larry’s hand froze on Tiny’s hip. “Are … are you a dude?”

Tiny threw himself sideways away from Larry Hassle’s touch. His body struck Larry’s shoulder and into the crook of his elbow, levering the gun out of his grasp. Both men twisted against each other. Tiny grabbed for the loose rifle, but it tumbled away and slid into the corner behind the door.

Hassle stepped back from Tiny and went for the gun too. Tiny dropped his weight and threw a wild left hook. Larry’s head was turned toward the weapon and never saw the telegraphed punched as he walked chin first into satin covered knuckles. Tiny’s fist grazed Hassle’s chin and then split both lips against his teeth. Larry’s head whipped and his eyes boggled unfocused.

Tiny threw a tight right jab square into Hassle’s nose and rocked his head again. Hassle backed away with eyes watered and pivoted for the rifle once more.

Shit.

Tiny followed and brought a right hook into Hassle’s ear. Hassle grabbed Tiny’s shoulders and swung him bodily into the door, splintering the wood.

Hassle reached for the rifle again as he pinned Tiny to the door with a forearm. Larry’s fingers wrapped around the barrel, but Tiny stomped down on the stock. Hassle let go and started to rise. Tiny brought his knee up into Hassle’s face and knocked him straight up. A tooth spun away into the air and bounced off the door above Tiny’s head.

Hassle backed off and reached for the knife on his belt. Tiny lunged and locked both his hands over the top of Hassle’s on the hilt. Hassle clawed at Tiny’s face, smearing his make-up. Tiny gained a grip on the knife below Hassle’s hand. Hassle released Tiny’s face and wrestled Tiny for it still in the sheath with both hands.

Hassle’s heel caught a snag in the carpet and he stumbled backward. Tiny followed still holding on and threw a shoulder in Hassle’s sternum. Hassle threw an off-balance kick to the inside of Tiny’s thigh just below his panty line. Tiny grunted as the sting swelled in his muscle.

Before Hassle could put his foot back down, Tiny swung his leg out behind and swept Hassle’s planted foot from under him. He wouldn’t let go of the knife so he slammed to the floor on his back without catching himself and lost his wind. Tiny followed him down and crashed his forehead into the bridge of Hassle’s nose. His eyes rolled and blood trickled into his mustache, but his grip on the knife did not loosen.

Hassle coughed and his voice came strained. “Someone, help. I’m in … here.”

Tiny growled and slammed his head into Hassle’s unguarded face again.

Tiny wrested the knife away from Hassle and drew back straddled over him.
